Psono is the password manager we set up for our clients. These step-by-step guides cover everything from your first sign-in to sharing passwords with your team.

Getting started
- Setting Up Your Psono Account Register, activate your account, sign in for the first time, and turn on two-factor sign-in.
- Installing the Psono Browser Extension Install the extension in Chrome, Firefox or Edge, pin it, and sign in to your company's server.
- The Psono Phone App (Android) Install the app, let it fill in passwords on your phone, and use it for sign-in codes.
Everyday use
- Creating a Password Entry and Putting It in a Folder Add passwords, organise them into folders, and save logins straight from the browser.
- Changing a Password and Using the Password Generator The routine for changing a website password safely, and how the password generator works.
Sharing
- Sharing a Password Entry with Another Person Share a password with a co-worker or with us, and make one-off links for people without Psono.
- Sharing a Folder with a Group Create a team group and share a whole folder with everyone in it.
- Accepting Shared Passwords and Folders Accept passwords and group folders that others have shared with you.
Keeping your account safe
- Recovery Codes and Emergency Access Make a recovery code so you can't get locked out, and give someone you trust emergency access.
- Importing and Exporting Passwords Bring passwords over from another password manager, or export a copy of yours.
